Weekly Rates

Christmas & New Years

$75,000 per week.
(min. two week rental)

May 02 - December 15

$40,000 per week

Rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Additional Taxes are 10% government tax and a 10% service charge.

Included in rates are:
    Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner
    Roundtrip transfers from the Anguilla airport or ferry terminal
    Villa Staff

Additional Costs:
    Gratuities to the staff are welcome
    Fine wines, champagnes, aperitifs
    Spa treatments
    Island excursions

Deposits:
    To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required.

Final Payment:
    The balance is due 60 days in advance of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit and cancellation terms are strictly applied, therefore travel insurance is strongly recommended.
